Lock Box
A Lock box is strongly recommended for
easier and private showings by agents and their buyers.
Homeowners should not be present during showings, buyers feel
that they are invading your home, buyers do not feel comfortable and
ultimately rush the appointment. 95% of all homes are sold with
a lock box.
We prefer to have the home owners provide
their own lock box with their own Unique code. Additional, we
cover a large area and will not be able to change the code as
often which is strongly recommended. Rentals may
be available for $25., contact us for details.
Upgrading My Listing
NOTE: $50 includes tax, shipping and handling and is yours to
keep. You can buy a Lock Box directly at your local home
improvement store around $35.
